It is the mission of Daily General Counsel to help struggling entrepreneurs, with special emphasis in underserved communities. In order to further this social impact, we offer a six-month sliding scale in specific circumstances. This option is available for entrepreneurs who are creating a closely-held company that is or will be their sole source of revenue and who have no funding, loans or assets. In this case, we offer a six-month sliding scale. For such entities that are pre-revenue, we offer our lowest rate, with a mid-rate for companies with revenue but not fully sustainable. For entrepreneurs with other sources of revenue, investor-backed entities, and those entities that are established and sustainable, we charge our basic, affordable rate.
The hourly rate for our DailyGC™ On-Demand services range from $310 to $480 per hour, depending on the client's sustainability and the complexity of the matter.
All Retainers are paid in advance.
