Our two service options make legal counsel accessible and affordable for small businesses and startups
Model 1: DailyGC™ On-Demand
Our DailyGC™ On-Demand model offers on-call General Counsel services, to provide the full array of legal services that a business may need at an affordable hourly or flat rate. Clients call upon us as their outside General Counsel, as needed, for legal and business advice to prevent and to resolve legal problems. We view our clients’ business operations through the lens of the owner, and together we design business solutions that provide a roadmap for success in running a legally compliant business.
In order to further our social impact mission, for closely-held companies (including those with no funding, loans or assets) we use a six-month sliding scale, providing pre-revenue businesses our lowest rate, with a mid-rate for companies with revenue but not fully sustainable. For non closely-held, and those entities that are established and sustainable, we charge our basic, affordable rate.
Model 2: DailyGC™ New Client “Test Drive”
Essentially a “one-off,” Our DailyGC™ New Client “Test Drive” model is typically selected when a new client has a discrete legal project that is susceptible to a reasonable estimate of hours.
